Eccles Family
My wonderful family
Welcome to my website.  If you want to know anything about me it will probably be here.  I am on all of the social media sites like FaceBook, Linkedin etc however I wanted to have a one page site of my own to tell my story.  I work with people all over the world in my job and with the internet having so much junk out there I figured one spot for my customers  to find out who I am would be good.
Professional Life:

I have two jobs.  Yes in today's world you need to have several areas where income comes from.  First and foremost I am in charge of business development for ServiceSidekick.  This is a company that was co-founded by my dad Chet Eccles  and a good family friend Zack Chandler .  We developed the software while running our family owned plumbing company during the late 90's and after the sale of our company we launched ServiceSidekick on a new platform called Ruby on Rails in 2006.  We are in several countries around the world now and have customers all over the United States and Canada.  Follow us on Twitter!

My second job that I do on the side is originate loans for residential and commercial customers who want to secure a property.  I can originate loans in over 20 states across the U.S. so if you are interested in using me for your purchase or refinance loan contact me at teccles@apmortgage.com.

Family Life:

Marriage

I have been married for 10 years and have a girl and a boy.  The all American family, but not without our challenges, I'll explain later.  Wendi and I were married in 1999, just before the turn of the century.  We meet in high school and raced on a snow ski team together and went to the State Championships where we both placed in the top 10.  She and I did not date back then, however if she had her way that would have been a different story, so she tells me.  We started out on a certain path of adventure moving to Seattle WA in 2004 to raise our family up in the mountains of Snoqualmie, until we were given the news about our son that would forever change our lives as we know it.

Our Son

Our son was diagnosed with Severe Autism back in 2005 which changed the course of our family forever more.  Raising a child with special needs can only be understood by those that have or are doing it.  A challenge that my wife and I have to continually decide to do on a daily basis.  Andy is an incredible human being and has an endless amount of love and compassion for us with his hugs and kisses that he dishes out on a daily basis, however he gets very frustrated and has no verbal communication skills to tell us what is wrong.  He has trouble understanding basic things about life and requires an incredible amount of repetition to learn basic skills like washing his hands or going to the bathroom.  He is also very sick with entrocolotis.  We have an incredible team of therapists, doctors and family members that help us and Andy.  Thoughtful house is where we have Andy's many doctors that are helping us to recover him.  CARD is the company that has therapists that come out to our home 20 hours a week every week to work with Andy on his basic life skills.  It truly is taking a village to raise our son Andy.  You can see his blog here.  www.andysautism.blogspot.com

Our Daughter

She is our bundle of joy.  She is very talented and involved with gymnastics, dance, soccer, softball and of course snow skiing following in a family tradition as a second generation Auburn Ski Team member.  She is very smart and can read like almost no other kid at her age.  She can read through a book in a day that would take me a week to read.  She loves her family and has an endless amount of compassion for her brother Andy.  She is the greatest sister in the world and a daughter that I am happy to call my own.

Religion

It is important in ones life to have something that they can grow with spiritually.  We are not our bodies and are old spirits who have been around a long time and will be around forever.  It is important to find out who you are and to better yourself in anyway possible.  I found Scientology in 1986 when I was 14 years old.  I have posted a video that my church put out that is about the founding of our church and its founder.  You can view more videos on the Scientology You Tube Channel.

Interests

I like and love many things however I have a huge passion for business and will find myself always working and trying to build a better business.  Some call it a workaholic, I call it PASSION.  I do need to get into more hobbies and back to my other passions like snow skiing, camping, hiking, roller blading etc etc.  I love the outdoors and was a big outdoorsman during high school and college.
